Colleagues, clients and peers seek me out when they want to learn about the latest in innovative, experiential and new technologies. Over the last 25 years, I have established an expertise in pioneering strategic global omni-channel marketing plans, leading immersive digital experiences, creative development and introducing new products and software to motivate target audiences to take action in my role as CMO, global digital marketing, strategic planning & innovation.  I have developed and directed a multitude of innovative and successful communications campaigns, events & programs, leading teams in the development of solutions designed to move key communities towards the goals and objectives of each client engagement with measurable results.  Conducting discovery and user case journeys are vital in creating brand engagements that resonate with consumers in a personal way. These strategies have spanned a broad range of complexity, scope and budget.  Marketing tactics and new technologies including storytelling, branded content, augmented reality, VR, gamification, AI, open innovation, crowdsourcing and radical innovation have proven to shape successful campaigns.

I've led marketing strategy and ecommerce plans and conducted 5 and 10-year brand forecasts for several global digital transformations for Sony, Nike, Pepsi, HBO and J.K. Rowling's Pottermore.  I have a proven track record in bringing actionable omni-channel immersive experiences to market that foster brand awareness and increase brand activation.  I've increase sales at Sony by 32% at Sony and HBO in the first 6 months following the launch of our new global platform. I lead the team that launched the HBO GO OTT SVOD app which started a dialogue in how we view media. I also used augmented reality when working with J.K. Rowling to launch Pottermore, an educational immersive storytelling SVOD that introduces the world of Harry Potter to a new generation. Citi’s Global Perspectives and Solutions group have projected that by 2035, augmented reality alone will capture one-quarter of the interactive entertainment, gaming and education markets, a figure exceeding $1.3 trillion.

Stories have a beginning and when told effectively never end. I know the importance of future-proofing and keeping a shrewd eye on audience interest and commercial viability. Embedding creative hooks into storytelling maximizes opportunities for licensing, consumer products and partnerships.
